Start With Vehicles Per Laundry Cycle
Estimate how many vehicles are normally dried before the next clean load of towels is ready. Then consider how many towels your normal vehicle size and drying method typically require.

Large-format or high-capacity drying towels may handle more surface area per piece, while smaller towels can be easier to control and rotate. A shop that uses both sizes should plan inventory for each role separately.
Build in Backup Capacity
